El Molcajete serves traditional Mexican cooking led by Mexican chef Alberto Mantilla, whose culinary career spans more than 30 years. Enchiladas, mole, pozole and quesadillas sit alongside cocktails, with recipes drawing from different regions of Mexico and Central America.
